We are excited to announce our Holiday Carnival is back this year, a favorite Club event for our kids and families. The carnival includes games, pictures with Santa, decorating cookies, eating a festive meal, and receiving a small gift. Our Holiday Carnival is a special time for Club members and families, especially after such challenging years.
This year’s carnival will take place on December 15, 2023, from 4:00-6:00 PM at our Westside Club. We welcome volunteers and organizations to get involved! There are many different ways you can get involved, which include running a booth or activity at the carnival, an in kind donation (candy, small prizes, etc) and or a financial contribution. We will need volunteers to run each carnival booth and activity station-you will love seeing the joy the carnival brings to the youth we serve! Volunteers should plan to be at the Club at 3PM for set up. We can provide a booth game for your business or organization, or you are welcome to bring your own.

We need to know how many volunteers (minimum of 2) are coming, if you are bringing your own prizes, if you are bringing your own booth set up and or if you need any additional help or supplies (plug ins, extension cord, etc). If you are not bringing your own booth, which activity or booth would you like to work with, consider listing more than one. If you are donating items, what is it and will we need to pick it up?
