Mission: To uplift the spirit, engage the mind and inspire the soul by bringing exceptional live symphonic music to Great Falls and the surrounding regions.
The Great Falls Symphony Association consists of five component parts, a full size orchestra; a one-hundred voice symphonic choir; two professional resident ensembles, the Cascade Quartet and the Chinook Winds Quintet and a Regional Youth Orchestra. The organization provides quality musical performances, a variety of educational programs for rural communities and schools throughout the state, and sponsors the appearances of national touring shows, through Broadway In Great Falls. What We Do
The Great Falls Symphony was established in 1959 and is currently in its 53rd season of service for the people of Central Montana and beyond to rural communities and schools throughout the entire state. The organization has grown from an orchestra which presented one to two concerts a year to an organization which presents and produces an average of 50 separate concerts, events and educational programs each season. The mission of the GFSA is to produce quality musical programs and to be a resource for creative expression, artistic development, economic vitality and continuing music education to enhance the quality of life for the people of Montana. The Great Falls Symphony Association consists of a Symphony Orchestra, Symphonic Choir, Cascade Quartet, Chinook Winds Quintet and the Great Falls Youth Orchestra.
