NeighborWorks Great Falls

Mission: To promote, preserve, and provide quality housing for underserved and low to moderate-income individuals and families, thus strengthening and revitalizing our community.

Since 1980, NeighborWorks Great Falls has transformed blighted neighborhoods into vibrant communities. We help families and individuals become successful community members through homeownership opportunities, quality rentals, and resident leadership training so that they too can give back to the community. From new construction homes for sale, homebuyer education and financial planning, home improvement loans, and even quality, affordable rentals – we’ve got you covered.

NeighborWorks builds strong neighborhoods and quality affordable housing.  We do that through a variety of programs, including financial education for renters and homeowners, providing a variety of loans for prospective homeowners and current homeowners.  We also build 10 homes at a time through our Owner Built program.  In addition, we work hard to support and build the quality of life in Great Falls through a number of collaborative initiatives focusing on reduction of crime and community revitalization.
