Join the Great Falls Public Library in celebrating Juneteenth! The event happens on Saturday, June 17th at the bandshell area of Gibson Park from 1-5 p.m. Volunteers are needed to help make this event celebrating freedom for all a success!
Set-up: 20 people needed (11 a.m. to 1 p.m.)
Transport food and tables to Gibson Park. Set-up to the tables, grills, stage and serving area.
Clean-up: 20 people needed (4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.)
Transport food and tables from Gibson Park.to the YWCA and the Library. Clean-up garbage.
Grilling/Cooking: 6 people needed (12:45-3 p.m.)
Use charcoal grills to cook hamburgers, veggie burgers and hotdogs for event attendees.
