Volunteers are needed to help clean up the decorations from Red Ribbon Week to close off the week of events and education programs.
Volunteers will take down decoration the Civic Center Columns, outside stair rails, civic center grounds, Central Avenue, and any other approved areas within this area on Tuesday, November 1, 2016. We will be meeting at the Civic Center at 9AM that morning and volunteers do not need to bring anything. Volunteers must have the ability to take down decorations, clean up trash if needed, be able to lift up to 5lbs, walk at least 5 blocks or more, and be able to work in potentially cooler temperatures. Estimated time for the project is 2 hours.
