Who We Are
Mission: To aid in the physical and emotional rehabilitation of disabled active military service personnel and disabled veterans.
PHWFF is dedicated to the physical and emotional rehabilitation of disabled active military service personnel and veterans through fly fishing and fly tying education and outings. PHWFF is a 501c3 national nonprofit organization that relies on donations and community support. All aspects of this program are 100% free to eligible participants.
What We Do
The Problem we attempt to solve is getting the disabled veteran off the couch and out of the house back into nature and society.
- The Great Falls program works with men and women of all eras and with all types of service connected disabilities.
- We teach classes in fly fishing basics, fly casting, and fly tying. We also offer fly fishing outings throughout Montana.
- We have monthly meetings.
- We participate in fly tying and rod building contests.
- We have fundraisers.
- Most importantly we have fun and build lasting friendships.
