Who We Are
Mission: To foster the independence and dignity of seniors and disabled individuals by providing nutritious meals, socialization opportunities, and crucial safety checks right at their doorsteps.
The Meals on Wheels program is run by Cascade County Aging Services. This program is designed for seniors who are just returning home from the hospital, are no longer able to cook for themselves, or just cannot get to one of our group meal locations. The purpose of the program is to reduce hunger and food insecurity and promote health and well-being as well as delay adverse health conditions. We have volunteers help us deliver, serve or package up the food.
What We Do
Meals on Wheels, aka/Home Delivered Meals within the Older Americans Act, provides a hot meal five days a week to residents of Great Falls. Additionally, our drivers provide an informal “welfare check” daily, which can bring peace of mind to the client and their family.
