Who We Are

Mission: To serve Montana communities by centralizing, expanding, and maximizing the resources available to, service members, Veterans and their families, in an effort to foster personal and family growth and build sustainable and relevant relationships between the military community and the community at large.

We at the Montana Justice Foundation use the power of the law to open doors to our most marginalized neighbors. As a nonprofit organization, we direct our efforts towards strengthening the civil legal aid system, providing support to programs and initiatives that offer legal services to the vulnerable populations in Montana. Through our commitment to equal justice, we empower low-income residents, survivors of domestic violence, and seniors, enabling them to lead safer, more stable, and fruitful lives.

What We Do

At the Montana Justice Foundation, we work tirelessly to ensure that low-income Montanans have access to civil legal aid. We provide financial support to organizations that prioritize equal justice and help individuals facing challenges such as domestic violence, housing injustice, and public benefits issues. We wholeheartedly commit ourselves to these causes, raising funds through various means and distributing them to legal aid programs across Montana. Our work is aimed at ensuring justice for all, despite economic differences.
